When will my order ship out?
First of all, thank you for you order! Most orders ship out within three to five business days after the production of product. We do not ship on weekends or on these US holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders shipped via USPS will not ship on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International Standard - usually delivers within 2-4 weeks, although sometimes it can take longer due to delays in customs. No tracking information is available for orders shipped outside the US. International and military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing.
Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Threads of eNVy is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Having trouble with your credit card or payment info?
Your payment source might not be accepted for various reasons. Please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the "Billing Information" field are entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing bank or financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number are correct. If this doesn't work, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information, and make sure there are no holds placed on your account.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please email us at email@example.com to let us know ASAP.
Damages & Exchanges:
Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased?
In order to bring a wide array of products, we are a print on demand company utilizing direct to garment. Therefore your product is made as it is ordered, and due to this we cannot accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is for damaged products due to shipping or printing defaults. In this case we will work with our distributor to replace the same item. If this happens, please send proof to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. If you are in between sizes, we suggest you purchase a size up as our tee's are form fitting.
