Las Vegas New Year’s Eve

Las Vegas New Year’s Eve

Think about the most amazing party you have ever been to and multiply that a thousand times. New Year's Eve in Las Vegas is a celebration on steroids. The entire Las Vegas Strip is shut down to traffic and becomes a giant block party for you and 300,000 of your closest friends. When midnight strikes, the casinos launch a choreographed fireworks display that is like nothing you have even seen. Inside the casinos and nightclubs be amongst the who’s who from celebrities, musicians, athletes, and more.  Walking around you might feel like you are an extra for TMZ.  In other words, Las Vegas is the place to be if you want to ring in the new year in style.

From French Montana headlining Marquee, Gucci Mane over at TAO, Calvin Harris at Omnia, to Chris Brown at Drais, every nightclub and casino will have a major headliner bringing in 2018.  But you don’t want to wait til the last minute as these will sell out.

Not the nightclub type, but still want to take it all in.  Check out the High Roller at The LINQ Hotel.  This is the world’s tallest observation wheel and gives you unparalleled views of Las Vegas and the beautiful skyline.  At 550 feet above the Las Vegas Strip at the top, you will get a birds eye view of our amazing city.  The High Roller experience takes about 30 minutes.  Upgrade to the Open Bar in the Sky and toast with your friends as you take in the view.  As mentioned earlier with the nightclubs, with over 300,000 people visiting NYE weekend make sure that you book your reservations early.

While you are here make sure to check out some of our other favorite attractions:

Here is Trip Advisors Top 10 Activities in Las Vegas-

We would highly recommend checking out Red Rock Canyon, The Bellagio Conservatory, The Mob Museum, and of course a show if you have time to sneak one in.  Looking for some great local gear?  Check out - a Las Vegas based apparel company specializing in some of the hottest gear coming out of the 702.  A personal favorite is the NV Hat and of course the Las Vegas Golden Knights inspired gear.

Whatever you do, make sure to have fun and please be safe.  Don’t ruin a great memory by making a dumb mistake.  Uber, Lyft, and public transportation/taxis will be all over this weekend, so please party responsibly.  Cheers to closing out 2017 with a bang and to an amazing 2018.
